The driver provided by Boot Camp provides read-only access to the Mac volume. If you have installed Boot Camp, then that driver should get installed automatically when you install the Windows Support files. When running Windows, you will need to install a driver for the HFS+ partition so you can access it. If you don't have a Fusion Drive on your Mac, (you only have one drive, or if you have more than one drive, they are not fombined into one larger logical drive, then you should be able to access the Mac volume form Windows.
If your Mac has an Apple Fusion Drive (an SSD and an HDD "fused" together to make one large volume) then you can not access the Mac volume from within Windows. Are you saying I *can't* access my Mac partition from within Windows? I'm not sure what you mean by "Core Storage volumes (Fusion Drives)".
